‘Art is decoration’

‘art is the technically skillful representation of something absent in such a way as to create an illusion of its presence.’

Art ceases to be art in this mindset.

Despite the faulty assumptions, Art is not in the craft but in the design.

But every imaginable definition of art offers some form of human interaction (presence), therefore art is not nature but an ARTifcial indulgence of mankind. that's a bummer...most things are best left unsaid.

the only questions: what is art? what is art for? why is art difficult? what is good art?

with highschool over i'll have time to work...
that's all i've got.

So I just looked at the six (or so?) things you uploaded today... and was hit by a fresh wave of envy.

I could spend hours on a drawing and your, say, 15-minute sketch would still trump it.

Those are compliments, by the way.
